The Development of a Questionnaire to Measure the Institutional Performance in Higher Education Institutions

The objective of the study was to develop a questionnaire named IPQ (Institutional Performance Questionnaire) that measures institutional performance higher educational institutions. scale comprised 11 subscales: Mission Statement and Goal (5 items), Planning Evaluation (3 Organization & Governance, Integrity Faculty Students (2 Institutional Resources Academic Programs Curricula Public Disclosure Transparency Assessment Quality Assurance (8 Student Support Services items). In total, 25 faculty members universities were selected by multistage stratified sampling, response questionnaire. pilot tested Cronbach's alpha for entire .951; each subscale, ranged from .623 0.823. Exploratory factor analysis utilized establish construct validity in education institutions Findings confirmed reliability Questionnaire).
